Exceptional service with incredible value! For the past two years, GWL has managed our vacation townhome in Frisco. We originally signed on with them as they were SUBSTANTIALLY less expensive than the company we had been using. However, we soon realized that GWL's staff and service far exceeded the level of service we had become accustomed to with the old company. Our representatives, CC and Carie, were quick to respond to any questions or urgent needs that came up (leaks, repairs, renter needs etc.) and were extremely friendly along the way. The unit was our personal retreat that we rented out part time, and having such trustworthy and attentive staff gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Their tools are user-friendly, scheduling is easy, and as an owner I can readily view the incoming rentals, breakdowns and summaries of statements, and source of the rental (e.g., AirBnB vs. VRBO etc.). Booking our own stays on their site was equally easy. Whereas before we constantly struggled with the quality of the cleaning with our previous property manager, GWL's team was consistently great. We never had any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or how it was stocked. Soaps, clean linens, pool towels, etc., were always on hand and the from the cleaning crew to the management staff, GWL maintained a high-level of attention to detail. Unfortunately, we had to sell our property when we moved across the country. But I certainly hope to have the opportunity to work with Great Western again.
